Stan C. Willis age 78 of The Renaissance of Wisconsin Rapids, formerly of Nekoosa, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at St. Joseph Hospital in Marshfield.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM. Tuesday at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa. Sister Catherine Kaiser will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Nekoosa. Friends may call at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10-11 AM.
Stan was born October 12, 1932 in Nekoosa to Stanley and Josephine (Wasielewski) Wilczynski. He was employed as a forklift operator in the shipping room of Nekoosa Papers, Inc. (Domtar) for 32 years. Prior to working in the mill, Stan was employed by the Dept. of Public Works for the city of Nekoosa.
He is survived by: 3 brothers: Edwin (Ruth) Wilczynski of Brookfield, IL
Sylvester Wilcy of Kurtiston, HI
Philip (Mary Jo) Blair of Madison
1 sister: Stella Mead of Palo Alto, CA
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Donald Wilczynski, and 5 sisters, Helen Lukasik, Hattie Werdrick, Jennie Plenge, Josephine Danno and Martha Feldner.
