Update: A 26-year-old woman has been located and is safe, according to an email from the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department.

Wisconsin Rapids Police Department needs help locating Allison Wasser, who walked away from a group home and was last seen walking east on Witter Street near Lincoln Street in Wisconsin Rapids, according to a press release from the department.
She is 26 years old, 5-foot-6, 170-pounds, with short brownish blond hair and wears glasses. She was carrying a backpack and was wearing a pink and black striped tank-top shirt, shorts and sandals.
She has recently moved to the city and may be unfamilliar with the community. If you live in the area, check your property.
Wasser has a medical condition that requires medication and may not have it with her.
