Wood County immunization clinics

Wood County Health Department is offering immunization clinics by appointment.

Call 715-421-8911 to schedule a time for the Sept. 21, at 8 a.m. at the Wood County Courthouse Annex in Wisconsin Rapids.

The department will also be testing for tuberculosis at the annex building Sept. 13 at 8:30 a.m., Sept. 19 at 3 p.m. and Sept 27 at 8:30 a.m.
