Joint Center to celebrate first anniversary with open house

The staff of Central Wisconsin Joint Center at Riverview Medical Center invites those interested in learning about knee and hip joint replacement to attend the center’s first anniversary open house.

The open house will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6, in the Riverview Medical Center Tower, 410 Dewey Street, Wisconsin Rapids. Visitors will have an opportunity to view the center, visit with staff and some past patients, and enjoy anniversary cake.

Admission to the open house is free and no registration is required. Visitors are asked to park in Riverview Medical Center’s covered parking lot and enter through the Riverview Tower entrance.

Central Wisconsin Joint Center at Riverview Medical Center is a new concept in joint replacement and features new, private patient rooms and a rehabilitation gym. The collaboration between Wisconsin River Orthopaedic Institute surgeons, Riverview Rehabilitation Center therapy staff, and Riverview Medical Center nursing staff emphasizes wellness and early mobility.
