Central Wisconsin Home Builders Association in affiliation with the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) Foundation, will be providing an OSHA Update for Residential Building Contractors class, Sept. 29, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at River Cities Bank, 1601 Lincoln St., Wisconsin Rapids.
Open to all contractors, the class will teach the importance of OSHA required compliance to prevent injuries and deaths on the jobsite, including information on fall-protection changes effective June 16 for all residential contractors. This class is approved by the WI Department of Commerce for four continuing education credits toward the Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credential.
