The Port Edwards School District invites all members of the school and area communities for the grand opening of the Environmental Learning Center on Oct. 22.
The ribbon cutting ceremony begins at 1 p.m. and will include a dedication ceremony, refreshments and guided tours given by the Port Edwards High School Ecology Club. Entertainment will be provided by the Port Edwards School Band and Choir.
The Environmental Learning Center is located on the new school forest property located off of Seventh Street behind Ripple Creek Park in Port Edwards.
