Obituary of Austin Nelson

Austin Nelson age 16 of 840 Cliff St., Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids,

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM. Monday at the Nekoosa United Church of Christ. Rev. Mary Anne Biggs will officiate. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 11 AM to 1 PM. Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home of Nekoosa is assisting the family.

Austin Nelson

Austin was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially pheasant hunting in South Dakota and coyote hunting with his grandpa. He loved playing basketball and football and going mudding with his friends. He was an avid Brewers and Packers fan. Austin enjoyed listening to country and rap music. He loved his little brother Athen very much and was very close to his grandpa Ken.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Barbara Cross Peck, his paternal grandparents, Emma and Arnim Poston, his great grandparents, Florence and Walter Nelson, and his uncle, Shannon Nelson.
