Riverview Medical Center will host a holiday memorial service for anyone in the community who has experienced the death of a loved one.
“Always In Our Thoughts… Forever In Our Hearts: 2011 Holiday Memorial Remembrance” will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, in the Riverview Medical Center lower level conference center.
The service will be hosted by the patient care staff of Riverview Medical Center, Ministry Home Care Hospice, Aseracare Hospice, Inc. and Aspirus Comfort Care & Hospice Services. It will include a special message, music, readings, a candle lighting ceremony and a memorial photo presentation. The service will be followed by fellowship and light refreshments, courtesy of Riverview Health Care Foundation.
Those planning to attend the service who would like up to three photos of their loved one included in the photo presentation may drop them off at the Riverview Medical Center front desk, email them to bartam@rhahealthcare.org or mail them to Riverview Community Relations, 410 Dewey St., Wisconsin Rapids, WI, 54494. Photos received by Dec. 1 will be included in the presentation. Submitted photos may be picked up at the memorial service or will be mailed back to those who include a self-addressed envelope. (Please do not submit your only copy of a precious photo).
