Francis Rave, 25, Wisconsin Rapids pled no contest to disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of marijuana and was fined $1,239 and had his license suspended for six months. Rave also pled no contest to fourth offense operating a vehicle while revoked and was sentenced to 20 days in jail, fined $602 and had his license revoked for an additional six months. He also pled no contest to disorderly conduct and was fined $350.

Shawn Rogers, 33, Wisconsin Rapids pled no contest to disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property and was sentenced to 13 months on probation with 90 days imposed and stayed jail time, fined $884, ordered to attend counseling deemed necessary and ordered to pay $1,460 restitution.

Veronica Poe, 28, Sheboygan pled no contest to obstructing an officer and guilty to hit and run and third offense driving without a license and was sentenced to 35 days in jail with work release and credit for one day and fined $1,641. Poe also pled no contest to misdemeanor bail jumping and was fined $442. Charges of third offense operating without a valid license within three years and battery were dismissed.

Casey Thompson, 29, Stevens Point pled no contest to possessing weed with intent to sell and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with work release, two years probation with sentence withheld, fined $939.50 and ordered to do counseling deemed necessary. A count of possessing non-narcotics with intent to deliver was dismissed and read-in.

Dwayne Johnson, 49, Wisconsin Rapids pled no contest to theft of movable property between $5,000 and $10,000 in value and was sentenced to three years probation with nine months in jail imposed and stayed, fined $384, ordered to pay $15,250 in restitution, have no contact with scrapyards and maintain full-time employment. Johnson also pled no contest to receiving stolen property worth $5,000 and $10,000 and was sentenced to two years probation with six months in jail imposed and stayed, fined $326, ordered to pay $420 restitution, have no contact with scrapyards and maintain full-time employment. A count of theft of movable property worth less than $2,500 was dismissed and read-in.

James Watson, 48, Rudolph pled to fourth offense drunk driving and was sentenced to 200 days in jail with work release and one day credit, fined $3,223, have license revoked for 36 months, undergo alcohol assessment, have an ignition interlock installed and attend the victim impact panel.

Justin Mike, 24, Wisconsin Rapids pled no contest to attempted strangulation and suffocation with a domestic abuse modifier and disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with work release and fined $731. A count of criminal damage to property with a domestic abuse modifier was dismissed. Mike also pled no contest for operating a vehicle while revoked and was sentenced to 20 days in jail to be served concurrently and with work release and fined $757.

Katherine Pfeifer, 36, Wisconsin Rapids pled guilty to delivering cocaine and was sentenced to three years probation with sentence withheld, fined $498.50, ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and attend counseling deemed necessary.  Pfeifer pled no contest to maintaining a drug trafficking place and was sentenced to three years probation with sentence withheld, fined $498.50, ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and attend counseling deemed necessary. A count of delivering non-narcotics was dismissed and a count of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was dismissed and read-in.

Jeffrey Raasch, 53, Wisconsin Rapids pled guilty to five counts of child pornography and was sentenced to four years in prison, six years extended supervision, fined $1,640, undergo AODA evaluation and comply, attend counseling deemed necessary, ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, have no contact with children under 18 with exception of supervised visits with family and with consent of probation officer, submit a DNA sample, comply with sex offender treatment and register as a sex offender, possess no computer or have no computer access without supervision, possess no pornography, may not work with any children or with vulnerable adults and pay and additional $500 apiece for 10 images of pornography.
