Richard Lee Cummings, 67, of the Town of Saratoga, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2012. A funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 12th at Higgins Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 1:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Richard was born on December 22, 1944 to Harry and Harriet (Turner) Cummings. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked at Consolidated Papers, Inc as a system analyst. Richard loved to hunt and fish.
Richard is survived by his two sons, Guy (Lisa Lindstrom) Cummings, Wisconsin Rapids and Jason Cummings, Milwaukee, grandchildren, Briar Cummings, James Lindstrom and Tierney Lindstrom, two brothers, James (Donna) Cummings, Phillips and Jerry (Virginia) Cummings, Clintonville and a special friend, Donna from Wautoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Higgins Funeral Home, Wisconsin Rapids, is assisting the family.
