Eleanore B. Parzy, age 93, of Arborview Court in Wisconsin Rapids, WI died Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Arborview Court.
Funeral Services are 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Rev. Timothy Welles will officiate. Burial in St. Bronislava Parish Cemetery, Plover, WI. Visitation will be held at Ritchay Funeral Home from 4:00-7:00 PM Tuesday and Wednesday at the church from 10:00-11:00 AM. There will be a parish prayer service at 6:30 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Eleanore Parzy
Eleanore was born May 18, 1918 in Plover, WI to Joseph and Anna Lach. She married Sylvester A. Parzy on October 23, 1937 in Plover, WI. He died March 12, 2005. Eleanore owned and operated the Beauty Studio in Wisconsin Rapids.
Eleanore was past president of the International Affairs Commission of the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women. She was a member of the St. Lawrence Rosary Society.
Eleanore is survived by three daughters, Julie (Wayne Morris) Parzy of Fort Wayne, IN, Patricia (Mark) Jurgella of St. Point, WI and Jacquelyn (Lance) Smalarz of Oswego, IL; four grandchildren, Christine (John) Lunstrum of Verona, WI, Aschley (Ron) Kezeske of Naples, FL, Stephen Jurgella of Houston, TX and Isabella Smalarz of Oswego, IL; two great grandchildren, Nick and Brock Lunstrum; two sisters Jeannette Swiecki of Markesan, WI and Virginia Gawlik of Chicago, IL. Eleanore is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Eleanore was preceded in death by her parents; husband and brother, John Lach.
Memorials will be designated to Assumption Catholic Schools (ACS).
